Fat for the WIN!! Here’s another super tasty, high-fat snack or breakfast replacement. Fat does a body good.
1/4 c. raw cacao powder
1/4 c. coconut oil
3/4 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 c. grass-fed organic butter
3/4 c. peanut butter (substitute any nut butter you like)
Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other high-powered blender and mix well. Pour the mix into muffin cups, refrigerate, and enjoy!
